My story

From IT services to building brands.

I started my career in IT in 2011 and went on to found IT Solutions and Services (ITSS), a web and digital marketing company based in New Delhi.

Over the years, my team and I have worked with hotels, travel brands, consultants and small businesses — building their websites, improving how they show up on Google and putting systems in place that turn enquiries into customers.

Alongside client work, I teach. Through the Academy of Computer Education I have personally trained more than 3,000 students and professionals. My workshops are built around doing, not just watching — which is why many of my students call me the Truly Practical Coach.

I also host The Manoj Joshi Show, a podcast on learning, business and growth, and I was featured as a speaker on Josh Talks.

Today my focus is simple: helping SMEs build a brand people trust — and the systems to grow it.
